It is an innovation methodology that results in customer-centered business practices that are identified through ideation, customer interviews, and prototyping service models. It requires the ability to sit with ambiguity, challenge of the status quo, and suspend disbelief throughout the ideation process. With practice, you can use design thinking to overcome bottlenecks and work with your team to generate ideas that drive innovation.

  • How to analyze stakeholder viewpoints in your decision making.

  • How to guide product/solutions specifications based on needs.

  • How to apply empathy, the first step in design thinking, to uncover latent customer needs.

  • How to employ the Business Model Canvas to help you identify key requirements for your business.
